Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers including Canada Post, USPS, and UPS to ensure safe delivery:
Canada: 3–7 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
United States: 4–10 business days via USPS or UPS.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing for US orders.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking link will be provided via email or in your Shop app profile to track your package in real time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Baby DukWear Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
Baby DukWear Inc. is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged or if it is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
